DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

Our products are entirely made by hand, and the production process takes up to 7 days. After your order is placed, it will be shipped from our atelier within 5 to 7 business days. 

All our orders are shipped via DPD or DHL. Once the order is shipped you will receive a confirmation by email that will notify you of your tracking number so you can easily trace your order. 

International orders may be subject to import and custom charges. This charges will be paid upon delivery to the destination country.  

Orders are processed in Romania. 

Romania – 2 – 3 business days  (4 Eur)

Europe – 6 – 9 business days (19 Eur)

All of the above arrival times are estimates. However we will do our best to make sure your products will arrive as soon as possible.  

RETURNS

You can return your order within 14 days from receiving your parcel. Let us know of your intention to return by emailing us at contact@vilegiatura.com.

We will then provide all the needed information. 

All products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. 

Please remember you will have to cover the costs of shipping and we kindly ask you to keep the proof of shipping once you have sent the parcel.
